Ability to disable CEF debug tools

This is something very needed, I'm looking for a solution for that, unfortunately CEF seems only to allow it being enabled/disabling during it's initialization which happens only when the game starts, I didn't find a solution yet to dynamically switch that ON/OFF

GTNardy: Do you think that it would be possible to init CEF when joining a server instead of doing it after launching the game?

Timmy: CEF initialization is done once per process running, and we cant reinitialize it, even if it would initialized only when joining a server, I can't reinitialize it afterwards with new settings
